What's a "module"?

A product line you configure and quote — Fixed-Frame Awnings, Retractable Awnings, or Retractable Screens. You activate only the ones you sell and pay per module.

What's the difference between Fixed-Frame and the retractables?

Fixed-Frame is for shops that fabricate awnings in-house — it generates cut lists and a bill of materials for the shop floor. The retractables are for Eclipse dealers configuring and pricing a manufacturer's line.

Do the retractable modules need anything extra?

Yes — because they use Eclipse's dealer catalog and pricing, we verify your authorized-dealer status before those configurators go live. You can sign up and set up right away; we'll confirm verification and turn them on.

Can I add or remove modules later?

Anytime, from your billing settings. Added modules bill from activation; removed ones stay active until the end of the billing period you've paid for.

How does the free trial work?

14 days free. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed.
